One Free Reschedule:
Each participant is allowed one free reschedule for any class they have registered for. This free reschedule must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled class time and must be done IN WRITING by submitting your request to us at sales@detroitarms.com.
Subsequent Reschedules:
Any additional rescheduling requests after the first free reschedule will incur a fee of $25 per person. All rescheduling requests must still be made at least 48 hours in advance.
No Call, No Shows:
If a participant does not attend the class without prior notice (a “no call, no show”), no refunds or reschedules will be granted for that missed class. The class fee will be forfeited.
No Refunds:
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for previously purchased classes, regardless of the reason for rescheduling or cancellation.
By registering for a class, participants agree to this policy.
